▸ How often does Scanline scan my watchlist?
Every tracked keyword/ASIN is scanned automatically once daily at 11:00 AM (Pakistan time). Items marked "High Priority" get scanned 2 extra times per day (3 PM and 7 PM).
▸ What's the difference between Trends and Ranking?
Trends shows historical price/BSR/rating charts for a single keyword or ASIN. Ranking shows every tracked keyword scored best-to-worst by overall opportunity.
▸ Where does search volume data come from?
Exact Amazon search volume isn't published anywhere on Amazon's own pages, so we license it through a data partner. Our own Google Trends and category-demand signals are gathered independently.
▸ How do I enable Two-Factor Authentication?
Go to My Account → Security → Two-Factor Authentication → Set Up 2FA, then scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy.
▸ What happens if I exceed my plan's usage limits?
You'll see your usage against your plan's limits on My Account → Usage. Contact us if you need a higher tier.
